Granary Granary.jpg Food is stored in the granary. Its position is crucial to the efficient running of the village; the closer the food buildings are to the granary, the more food is produced. The capacity of the granary may be increased by researching Engineering and Granary Capacity, both found in the Education tab of the research tree. N/A
Apple Orchard Applefarm.jpg The apple orchard is used to gather apples, and may be placed in all village types. The closer it is to the granary, the more productive it will be. The production rate of this building may be increased by researching Orchard Management and Plough in the Farming tab of the research tree. It may also be increased by upgrading the Orchard Worker's Guild in the Parish Capital. Strategy Cards may also give a production bonus. It requires wood and stone from the stockpile to be built. Dairy Farm Dairyfarm.jpg The dairy farm is used to produce cheese, and may be placed in all village types. The closer it is to the granary, the more productive it will be. Before this building can be placed, players must research Dairy Farming in the Farming tab of the research tree. Production rate of this building may be increased by further researching Dairy Farming and Animal Husbandry, and by upgrading the Dairy Farmers' Guild in the Parish Capital. Pig Farm Pigfarm.jpg The pig farm is used to produce meat, and may be placed in all village types. The closer it is to the granary, the more productive it will be. Before this building can be placed, players must research Pig Breeding in the Farming tab of the research tree. Production rate of this building may be increased by further researching Pig Breeding, Animal Husbandry and Butchery, and by upgrading the Pig Farmers' Guild in the Parish Capital. Bakery Baker.jpg The bakery is used to produce bread, and may only be placed in Lowlands and Plains village types, with Plains giving a higher production rate. The closer it is to the granary, the more productive it will be. Before this building can be placed, players must research Wheat Production in the Farming tab of the research tree. Production rate of this building may be increased by further researching Wheat Production, Plough and Bakery, and by upgrading the Bakers' Guild in the Parish Capital. Fishing Jetty Fishingjetty.jpg The fishing jetty is used to gather fish, may only be placed in River 1 and River 2 village types, and must be placed on the river's edge. The closer it is to the granary, the more productive it will be. Before this building can be placed, players must research Fishing in the Farming tab of the research tree. Production rate of this building may be increased by further researching Fishing, and by upgrading the Fisheries' Guild in the Parish Capital. Strategy Cards may also give a production bonus.
